Whether you’re new to blogging or have been building up your blog for a while now, you may or may not have heard that you should be using Pinterest to grow your blog.

And this is 100% true. If you’re not using Pinterest to drive traffic to your blog, you are sleeping on a TON of potential blog traffic and happy readers.

When I first started my blog, much like everyone else, I was looking to do things as budget-friendly as possible and spend as little as I could.

Pinterest is completely free for everyone to use, so why wouldn’t we utilize it to help grow our blog?

Pinterest is considered a social media, but it actually works as more of a search engine similar to Google.

If you haven’t used Pinterest before and aren’t familiar with it, Pinterest runs as a visual vision board with images called ‘pins’. These pins will lead back to a destination such as a blog, online store, or a variety of other websites.

Each pin contains a title and a description as well as the URL. An incredibly important aspect of your pin success, however, is the pin image.

Because Pinterest is so visual, your pins need to stand out and grab the attention of anyone browsing through.

In order to help you in your Pinterest journey, I’ve compiled a list of amazing websites that offer FREE Pinterest templates for you to use to improve your pins and drive more free traffic to your blog!

All of these templates can be downloaded and edited in Canva to help you transform the templates and make them your own.
