10 ways to make money while working from home

1. Sell used products online

That’s right! You can sell used items of just about any kind online and make a huge profit doing it.

This is the first money making idea on my list and there’s a good reason for that.

I started selling used products online several years ago – and I was actually able to quit my job after turning it into a full time income!

There are so many different categories to sell in online, and I really think that there is a perfect avenue for everyone. I sell mainly clothing and jewelry online, and that’s because those are the categories that I know the most about and feel the most comfortable selling in.

If you’re super knowledgeable in antiques, electronics, toys, anything else – I definitely recommend thinking about diving in from that point and expanding from there.

2. Make extra money with apps on your phone

This is definitely one of the easiest ways to make extra money from home, and it’s something that I do every single day. I have several apps on my phone that help me earn a little bit of extra cash every day, and the money really adds up quickly if you stick with it. You won’t get rich in a week, but using these apps every day will help you earn a nice bit of extra money! These are my favorites:

Swagbucks

Swagbucks is one of the first money making apps and websites that I ever used, and I’m still happy to be using it today. Swagbucks offers a variety of ways to earn a little bit of money each day like answering their daily poll, watching short video clips, playing online games, and shopping with their partners to earn points on purchases that I would normally be making anyway.

Drop

Drop is another app that I use every day and I’ve really gotten into it during the past year. The biggest ways that I earn money with Drop is by utilizing their cash back feature by making my usual purchases online, and by playing games! They have partnerships with a bunch of different games that lets you earn money by playing the games they offer. I’ve earned a good chunk of change this year since discovering this little feature. Another game that I play daily is the Hoops game directly in the Drop app. You can play it every single day, and you earn a little bit of money in less than a minute!

Rakuten

3. Website tester

Testing websites is one of my favorite ways to earn easy extra money online, and it doesn’t require any previous experience!

A website tester tests websites and apps for other companies. These companies pay head websites a fee to find people like you to use and judge certain aspects of their websites.

Most website tests take between 5-30 minutes and usually pay around $10 per test.

4. Write eBooks

Writing eBooks and selling them online is something that I’ve just recently gotten into, and I’ve learned that there’s a TON of money to be made from this venture!

Growing your blog will take time and effort, but the best part is that once you do experience that growth, a lot of your income will turn into passive income – meaning that you’ve put in the work already, and your blog will continue to make you money with the work that you’ve already done.
